Great to meet you!

If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or like something in your life isn't working — I'm glad you're here. I'm Tim, an LCSW with over 7 years of experience helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and substance use. I work exclusively via telehealth, so you can get support from wherever feels most comfortable.

My approach to therapy

I take an eclectic approach, blending relational, psychodynamic, CBT, and DBT techniques to meet you where you are. I believe the therapeutic relationship is the foundation of real change — so before anything else, I focus on building a genuine, authentic connection with you. That means slowing down, understanding your full story, and making sense of how your past has shaped who you are today.

What you can expect from me

A collaborative, judgment-free space where your goals drive the work. I'll help you identify what you want out of therapy and work alongside you — with curiosity and honesty — to get there.
