Timothy Spitzhoff

I work with individuals who have trouble with managing stress and relationships. It can be hard to life without effective coping skills and someone to help. I do my best to listen to my client's needs and help them get to where they want to go.

I work with clients by providing a relaxing and empowering environment for change. My approach to therapy is balancing both accepting who we are/where we have come from, and we sometimes need to change to get where we want to be.

I walk with my clients as fast or slow as they need to achieve their goals. I collaboratively identify goals with the client during the assessment and provide a menu of ways we can achieve those goals together.
