Great to meet you!

Are you struggling with day-to-day life or need a safe place to vent? Getting help does not have to be a chore. If you have found yourself having to work harder than you should to maintain stability, give me a chance to help you learn more about how your own system works and change your perspective on you. I strive to help my clients grow beyond the obstacles in their path right now, as well as ensure they have the tools they need to effect measurable change in their lives in the future.

My approach to therapy

My holistic approach to neurodivergence-affirming, trauma-informed practice combines traditional mental health practices with the latest in neuroscience research.

I have experience helping adults, young adults, families, and couples having difficulty with ADHD, Autism, C-PTSD, LGBTQ+ issues, Gender Dysphoria, Depression, Anxiety, Stress Management, Relationships, and Mood Disorders. I employ Evidence-based Treatment modalities including EMDR, DBT, TF-CBT, and Mindfulness practices.

What you can expect from me

I seek to provide a supportive, safe, empathetic space for people from all walks of life, including clients in the LGBTQIA+ community, non-traditional relationships, and those of non-mainstream religious affiliation. I look forward to helping you renew your perspective, build stronger positive relationships, and progress from surviving life into living it.
