Great to meet you!

Fast Psychiatric Care for ADHD, Anxiety & Medication Management | Veterans & First Responders Welcome. Telehealth across Florida & NH.

I provide fast, evidence-based psychiatric care for adults struggling with ADHD, anxiety, and substance use. My focus is on helping you feel better quickly through effective medication management and practical strategies you can use right away. Same-week appointments are often available, with telehealth across Florida and New Hampshire.

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with experience treating ADHD, anxiety disorders, depression, trauma/PTSD, and substance use disorders. My approach focuses on targeted medication management combined with supportive therapy to help improve focus, reduce anxiety, and restore stability.

I have worked extensively with veterans and individuals in high-stress environments, including first responders and working professionals. I understand the impact of chronic stress, burnout, and difficulty maintaining focus, and I tailor treatment plans to help you regain control and function at your best.

My approach is straightforward, collaborative, and results-focused. We will work together to develop a treatment plan that is both effective and sustainable, with clear goals and regular follow-up to track progress.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, struggling with focus, or dealing with persistent anxiety, you’re not alone—and effective treatment is available. I aim to provide a supportive, judgment-free space where we can quickly identify what’s working and help you move forward with confidence.

My approach to therapy

During your first session, we’ll review your history, symptoms, and treatment goals. Together, we’ll discuss medication options (when appropriate) and set a clear plan that includes follow-up, support, and measurable progress.

Follow-up visits focus on refining your care and helping you feel more confident and in control.

What you can expect from me

Your first visit is a focused, low-pressure evaluation designed to understand your symptoms, goals, and what’s been working—or not working—for you. We’ll review treatment options together and create a clear, personalized plan so you leave with next steps and direction.

Many patients begin noticing improvement once the right treatment approach is in place. Same-week telehealth appointments in Florida and New Hampshire are often available.
