Great to meet you!

Sometimes the hardest part isn't deciding to reach out. It's finding someone who will understand the full picture of who you are. With more than 14 years of experience, I work with children, adolescents, adults, and seniors navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, and relationship challenges. I offer sessions in both English and Korean and bring particular understanding to clients from Korean and Asian backgrounds, as well as to military service members, first responders, veterans, and their families. If you have been looking for someone who can meet you across cultures, generations, or experiences that have been hard to name, you are in the right place.

My approach to therapy

My work is warm, collaborative, and built around where you actually are, not a fixed idea of where you should be. Together we identify your strengths, understand what has been getting in the way, and build practical strategies for the kind of change that lasts. Whether you are processing something from the past, working through what is happening right now, or trying to strengthen a relationship, our work will be shaped around your goals. I care deeply about helping people find healing and restore a sense of hope, especially those carrying experiences that do not always get enough space in a therapy room.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a real conversation at your pace. I want to hear your story, understand your goals, and answer any questions you have about how we might work together. I see clients both in the office and by telehealth, so you can choose what fits your life. If something here feels like a fit, I would love to connect.
