Great to meet you!

Hello! I'm a Licensed Clinical Psychologist deeply committed to the health and wellbeing of Black women. My practice is more than a profession to me; it's a heartfelt journey towards empowering Black professional women to not just succeed, but to flourish in every aspect of their lives. Join me on this journey of growth, empowerment, and flourishing.

My approach to therapy

I focus on the special experiences and strengths of Black women. I create a safe and empathetic space where Black women can explore and confront challenges while celebrating their resilience. By prioritizing culturally sensitive techniques and a collaborative approach, I empower my clients to achieve personal growth and healing. When include spirituality at the request of the client.

What you can expect from me

In a session with me, clients can expect to leave feeling heard, understood, and empowered. My goal is to provide a space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly, gain deeper insights into your experiences, and develop practical strategies for personal growth and resilience. You'll find support and guidance tailored to your unique journey, helping you move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
