Great to meet you!

I have experience with grief, anxiety, depression and trauma/stress. I have helped individuals improve coping skills, boundaries, gender issues, and school/work stressors. I work with adults of all ages. If you have a first time diagnosis or this your second time therapy, let’s talk.

I enjoy spending time with my family. Pets are integral to quality of life and help us heal. I have two Persian half brothers, Sabastian and Hamilton. Other interests: walking trails, reading, and music.

My approach to therapy

The foundation of therapy is an open and honest relationship. I provide a judgment free environment to explore your choices for starting therapy. We will work together to achieve your goals at a pace that is comfortable. Everyone is capable of change, whether this is your first or tenth therapy session. Treatment is integrative and tailored for your individual needs. Some treatment methods I use are person directed, cognitive behavioral, family systems, and solution focused.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is where you and I get to know one another, to identify if we are a good fit. I will share more about myself because it’s easier to talk about you, if you know a little me. We will come up with a general plan and work towards that as a team. Video link: https://doxy.me/tinalbollman
