Great to meet you!

Supporting Neurodiverse Minds with Compassion, Expertise, and Evidence-Based Care

I specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of neurodiverse teens, young adults, and adults. My practice is dedicated to helping individuals better understand themselves and thrive in a world that often isn’t designed for how they think, feel, or process information.

Whether you or your loved one is navigating Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, OCD, Bipolar Disorder, or co-occurring challenges such as anxiety, mood, or behavioral disorders, I provide comprehensive evaluations and personalized treatment designed to meet your unique needs.

My goal is to create a space where clients feel understood, empowered, and equipped with tools that work in their real lives. If you're seeking compassionate, research-driven support from a clinician who understands neurodiversity—not just clinically, but humanly—I invite you to book a session.

Let’s work together to uncover your strengths and build the skills for a more confident, connected, and fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

Using a strengths-based and behavioral approach, I integrate tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and other evidence-based methods to support emotional regulation, executive functioning, interpersonal skills, and overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other in a supportive, non-judgmental environment. Whether you’re coming in for a Clinical Consultation, Diagnostic Assessment, Psychological Evaluation or Therapy, we’ll begin by discussing what brought you here and what goals you have for our work together.

For ADULTS, we’ll explore your current concerns, relevant history (social, emotional, academic, or occupational), and what’s working—or not working—in your day-to-day life. If you're unsure where to start, that’s okay. I’ll guide the conversation in a way that feels manageable.

For parents and caregivers of TEENS or young adults, we may meet together or separately (depending on the age and comfort level of the client). I’ll gather background information, listen to your observations and concerns, and start forming a picture of how I can help support both your child and your family.

If you're seeking a formal Psychological Evaluation, we’ll discuss what the assessment process looks like, what questions we’re trying to answer, and how we’ll work together to gather a full picture.

This session is also a time for you to ask questions—about my approach, what treatment or evaluation might involve, and how we’ll collaborate moving forward.

My goal in our first meeting is to build trust, understand your needs, and ensure you leave with a sense of direction and hope.
