Great to meet you!

Welcome, you don’t have to face life’s challenges alone. You deserve a safe place to be seen, heard and understood. With over 20 years of experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I provide compassionate judgement free therapy.

My approach to therapy

Clients I work with are children 5 and up, adolescents and adults. Using a Cognitive Behavioral Approach (CBT) focused approach, I help clients build practical tools, create meaningful change, and move forward with greater confidence and hope. Safe enough to heal, strong enough to grow. Hopeful enough to believe in what’s next.

What you can expect from me

What to expect on your first visit.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and I want you to feel comfortable, supported and safe from the very beginning. Your first session is an opportunity to for us to get to know one another, talk about what brings you to therapy, and discuss any questions, concerns, or hopes you may have. We’ll take it one step at a time-together.
