One of my clients described me as “pure magic with a lot of heart and a little spice”. I’m not sure how magical I am, however, I have 20 years of hands on experience and a great education to offer you. I love my work and am motivated by the “aha” moments that people experience when they self reflect in a therapy setting. I’ve worked in hospitals, in-patient and outpatient, clinics and private practice. I went to UC Davis for undergrad and Santa Clara University for my Master’s degree.

I utilize different treatment modalities including DBT and CBT to help you get more “tools” in your toolbox so you can better cope with life’s ups and downs. I have a down to earth “real” approach and try to help people focus on their strengths to build confidence to identify needs and express desires.

I want you to feel seen and heard and most of all, understood. I want to partner with you to help you navigate the issue(s) that prompted you to seek help. I will encourage you to identify what’s getting in the way of you living your best life and make a plan to get back on track.
