The wife of a retired Special Forces soldier, a military mom, and a former Fort Bragg employee, Tina has a vast knowledge of the military services serving the community for 16+ years. Tina is now a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

A bit about my approach to therapy

In 2014, she graduated from Liberty University. During her internship at Watters Family Life Counseling & Resilience Center on Fort Bragg, Tina worked with couples, individuals, adolescents, and families. She has seen clients who have struggled with numerous situations including infidelity, stage of life adjustments, anxiety, depression, mood disorder, panic disorder, porn addiction, and PTSD.

What you can expect from our first session

Tina has completed her basic training in Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) and has obtained credentials as an EMDR therapist. Tina has trained in various disciplines such as Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and Gottman Therapy Level 1. She is also a Prepare-Enrich Facilitator.
