Great to meet you!
I believe meaningful change begins in a supportive, respectful environment where you feel heard and understood. Since 2012, I have worked as a counselor in a variety of settings, helping individuals navigate challenges, build on their strengths, and move toward healthier, more fulfilling lives.
I earned my master’s degree in Human Services and Counseling from Lindsey Wilson College in 2013. My professional experience includes working with adolescents in at-risk residential programs, providing community-based services, and spending the past seven years specializing in addiction counseling.
My areas of focus include substance use and recovery, life transitions, and the emotional and practical challenges that can accompany change. I bring compassion, practical experience, and a collaborative approach to counseling, meeting each client where they are and working alongside them toward goals that are meaningful to them.
