Hello! My name is Tina Gillems, LCSW. I have been providing therapeutic services since 2014. I am currently licensed in Florida, TX, New Jersey, DC, WA, Massachusetts, CA, AR, and Alaska. I have over 17 years of experience with Children and Families, Individual and family therapy, and medical social work. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including, but not limited to depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, DV , LGBTQ and many more.

I like to use the following Evidence based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Solution Focused therapy, Person-Centered therapy, and Motivational interviewing. Each case is individualized to fit your needs. i strive to be very open and warm providing a must needed safe space.
