Specializes in

Anxiety, Depression, and LGBTQIA+

Great to meet you!

My expertise includes addressing helping individuals struggling with self-discovery, communication, and boundary-setting. I also specialize anxiety, depression, identity and cultural/ethnic issues, grief and bereavement, family dynamics, anger management, ADHD, stress management, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), relationship concerns, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

As a former college and semi-professional athlete, I understand the unique pressures that come with competitive sports, including performance anxiety, identity struggles, and career transitions. I also recognize the challenges of life after sports and how stepping away from competition can impact mental health, self-identity, and overall well-being. The transition from being an athlete to navigating a new path can be overwhelming, and I am passionate about helping individuals rediscover purpose, build resilience, and adjust to life beyond sports.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I like to use the following Evidence based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Solution Focused therapy, Person-Centered therapy, and Motivational interviewing. Each case is individualized to fit your needs. i strive to be very open and warm providing a must needed safe space. I will treat your experience as your own even if I have had clients with similar concerns.

What you can expect from our first session

My hope is that you feel empowered to develop skills that will be beneficial to your everyday life. Let’s take these steps together as I will be here to support you. You deserve to be happy and loving the best version of your true authentic self. I want to provide a safe space for you to express yourself however you see fit and feel comfortable enough to work through your concerns with me.
