Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to helping people overcome barriers and create meaningful change. I’m flexible in how we work together and tailor each step to your needs and strengths.

With 30 years in the helping professions—and the last 12 years focused on adults in community mental health—I’ve supported individuals facing depression, anxiety, anger, substance use, trauma, low self‐esteem, and more.

As a person of faith, I’m glad to incorporate this meaningful resource into our work when it aligns with your path, while always respecting your unique journey.

My approach to therapy

Because of my passion for supporting individuals coping with trauma, I trained in EMDR and have seen how powerfully it can promote healing. I often integrate Internal Family Systems and Somatic Therapy to deepen this work. I also draw from CBT, DBT, Behavioral Activation, and Christian Counseling to meet each person’s needs with a flexible, holistic approach.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll explore the concerns that brought you to therapy and gather the history and context needed to fully understand your experiences. We’ll look at how these challenges are affecting your life and begin building a trusting, comfortable space for you to share openly. Together, we’ll establish the structure of our work and start identifying the goals you hope to achieve.
