Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should be a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can truly be yourself. With over 10 years of experience, including work in an inpatient co-occurring setting and group practice, I’ve helped individuals navigate challenges related to mental health and substance use. I earned my Bachelor’s degree from Drexel University and my Master’s degree from Rutgers University. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, life stressors, and addiction, using a warm and collaborative approach to help you build coping skills and create meaningful change. My goal is to support and empower you as you grow, heal, and move forward with confidence.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to your unique needs and goals. I use evidence-based techniques such as CBT, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness to help you better understand and manage your thoughts and emotions. Together, we’ll focus on building insight, strengthening coping skills, and increasing your sense of control. I strive to create a comfortable, trusting space where you feel heard and empowered to make meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and my goal is to make your first session feel comfortable and welcoming. We’ll spend time getting to know each other, discussing what brings you in and your current concerns, at a pace that feels right for you. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel safe being open. We’ll also begin identifying your goals and what you hope to gain from therapy, so you leave with a clear sense of how we can move forward together.
