Great to meet you!
I believe therapy should be a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can truly be yourself. With over 10 years of experience, including work in an inpatient co-occurring setting and group practice, I’ve helped individuals navigate challenges related to mental health and substance use. I earned my Bachelor’s degree from Drexel University and my Master’s degree from Rutgers University. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, life stressors, and addiction, using a warm and collaborative approach to help you build coping skills and create meaningful change. My goal is to support and empower you as you grow, heal, and move forward with confidence.
