Great to meet you!

Welcome to Phoenix Bloom Therapy | Supporting Caregivers, Strengthening Families

I’m a Marriage and Family Therapist, current PhD student in Medical Family Therapy, and clinician with a background in addiction treatment and systemic trauma-informed care.

My passion is supporting caregivers and families navigating the challenges of having a loved one struggling with addiction, serious mental illness (SMI), or chronic illness. I offer individual and family therapy focused on caregiver well-being, healthy boundaries, family safety planning, and strengthening relationships so caregivers feel better equipped to safely and effectively support their loved ones while maintaining their own emotional health. I have a special interest in working with families navigating Kentucky's Casey's Law and other compulsory treatment processes, helping them develop practical strategies, navigate complex systems of care, and foster healthier family dynamics.

Although recently licensed as an LMFT, for over 18 years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals and families facing life's most challenging transitions in the field of human services. I specialize in trauma recovery, grief integration, and family addiction dynamics. I deeply believe that no matter how heavy or complex your story feels, healing, renewal, and transformation are always within reach.

Heal • Bloom • Rise.

My approach to therapy

I tailor our work to your unique needs using a collaborative, holistic approach. I am trained in evidence-based modalities—including trauma-focused therapies and emotion-focused strategies—that help heal both mind and body. Together, we’ll work to process past pain, rebuild trust, and restore balance in your life and relationships.

What you can expect from me

Our first priority is making sure you feel safe, heard, and supported. Early on, we focus on building practical coping skills and establishing stability at a pace that feels comfortable for you. A typical individual session blends emotional processing with tangible skill-building, ensuring you leave with practical tools for your daily life.
