Great to meet you!

I have a bachelor's degree in psychology, and a master's degree in social work, with two years of post-grad licensure supervision. My career has taken me to many diverse places, from answering calls at a crisis line to going into patient homes - with a behavioral health unit and hospice inpatient center in between.

My approach to therapy

I variably use cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, and solutions focused brief therapy. I can also utilize mindfulness and/or somatic techniques when appropriate. I give "homework" when desired and helpful to the client, but this is not necessary.

What you can expect from me

First sessions are for introductions and information gathering - I am happy to tread lightly at first or dive right in, based on client preferences!
