Great to meet you!

If you've ever felt caught between worlds, or like your path hasn't quite followed the expected script, I get it — I've lived that too. I work with people navigating anxiety and depression, relationship challenges, difficult life transitions, and deeper questions around identity and meaning.

My approach to therapy

Working primarily from a psychodynamic approach, I will help you investigate the deeper patterns and early experiences that shape your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors — including the unexamined relational patterns and self-limiting beliefs that can quietly get in your way. Together, we work to understand these patterns, build self-compassion, and find practical changes that fit your life and put you back in the driver's seat.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be centered on learning about you - letting you tell your story, who you are, and what brought you here now - in your own words and at your own pace. I'm here to listen, ask questions, and begin to understand. Therapy is an exploratory unfolding process with you at its center. By the end of our first session, we'll usually have a clearer sense of where you want to go and whether working together feels like a good fit.
