Great to meet you!

Reaching out for support takes courage, and I'm honored to walk alongside you in that process. Life can feel overwhelming when you're struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship difficulties, or major life transitions, and you may feel exhausted from trying to manage everything on your own. I work with adolescents and adults who are seeking a safe, supportive space where they can feel seen, heard, and understood. My practice is rooted in helping individuals and couples reconnect with their strengths, heal from painful experiences, and create meaningful change. I support clients navigating anxiety, ADHD, depression, grief and loss, PTSD, relationship challenges, family stress, substance use concerns, women's issues, maternal mental health concerns, and LGBTQIA+ experiences. Together, we'll work to better understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, strengthen resilience, and help you move toward a life that feels more balanced, connected, and fulfilling.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, affirming, and client centered. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to provide a supportive space where healing and growth can occur at a pace that feels right for you. I draw from Narrative Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Positive Psychology, Problem Solving Therapy (PST), Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Attachment Based Therapy, Strength Based Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, and Solution Focused Couples Therapy to tailor treatment to your unique needs and goals. Together, we'll explore the experiences and patterns contributing to anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, anger, relationship challenges, and life transitions while building practical tools that support emotional wellness and long-term change. My goal is to help clients increase self-awareness, strengthen resilience, and create healthier relationships with themselves and others.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, affirming, and judgment-free environment where you can show up exactly as you are. I strive to create a foundation of trust and safety so that you feel comfortable exploring difficult emotions and experiences. Together, we'll identify meaningful goals and develop practical tools that help you navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and clarity. As therapy progresses, you may experience stronger relationships, improved emotional regulation, increased self-understanding, and a greater sense of hope and resilience. Whether you're healing from trauma, processing grief, managing anxiety, or working through relationship concerns, my goal is to help you feel supported, empowered, and equipped to create lasting and meaningful change.
