Tina Lambert is a vibrant, compassionate and dedicated Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist. She has a passion and love for children, adolescents and emerging young adults . She hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Family & Child Sciences from Florida State University, a Master’s Degree in Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University, and is currently working on her doctorate in Marriage & Family Therapy.
Tina’s approach to therapy is very systematic in nature. She believes in joining with and becoming one with the family. She is able to do this by drawing from various therapeutic modalities which include Systems Theory, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Strength-Based Approaches which she tailors' to meet the needs of her clients. Tina, is trained in Adoption Competency, Infant Mental Health, and Trauma Focused- Cognitive Behavioral.
Tina’s ultimate goal is to create a safe, non-judgement environment for her clients to be themselves, express and process openly and freely.
