Great to meet you!

Welcome!

I am a Master's level counselor with over 17 years of experience working in the mental health community. I have a strong trauma informed care foundation. I have extensive experience working with depression, many forms of anxiety, PTSD, ADHD and family issues, among others. I have worked with all ages from 3 years old and up.

My approach to therapy

I strongly believe in providing a non-judgmental, safe space for clients to work on issues while I remain a calm and empathetic listener. I encourage clients to learn skills that help promote positive change and self assurance. The therapeutic relationship should always be collaborative and supportive.

What you can expect from me

The initial intake session is a way for me to get to know client concerns, as well as find out important background information, current symptoms and initiate achievable treatment goals. It is also a way to connect and build rapport to build a positive counseling alliance.
