Great to meet you!

Note: No longer accepting EAPs

I am a Chicago based therapist. I'm licensed in Illinois and have been working in mental health since 2010. I provide individual therapy virtually to individuals over 18 who reside in Illinois. Sessions are via phone or video conferencing.

I specialize in treating anxiety and burnout. Whether you feel burned out due to your job, being a caregiver, or simply because you are a person living through a pandemic, I can help.

My approach to therapy

I use evidence based modalities such as CBT, ACT, and Mindfulness. I use a person centered approach meaning you will decide what we focus on. If you’re not sure where to begin I can help with that too. I have been described as warm and compassionate.

What you can expect from me

I aim to provide clients with a mix of emotional and practical support. I want you to leave our sessions hopeful and empowered
