Great to meet you!

Hi! I am so proud of you for taking this big step. It is not easy to start therapy, but when you have someone walking next to you and supporting you, it can feel less overwhelming. I have six years of clinical experience with people of all ages dealing with a wide range of mental health issues. My experience includes play therapy, anxiety, depression, grief, and adjustment disorders.

My approach to therapy

You are the expert on yourself and your life. I am here to provide a warm, non-judgmental, and supportive space for you. I am merely like the GPS, but you are always the one in the driver's seat. I am client-centered and will meet you where you are in life. I do believe it is important to understand the self by exploring the past and how it has shaped you. I believe that we are all here to discover who we were always meant to be before all of life's conditioning and trauma buried parts of us. Integrating these parts to make us whole again will help our mind, body, and soul feel aligned again.

What you can expect from me

My hope in our first session together is that you feel comfortable and safe. We will explore your wants and needs for therapy, your expectations of therapy and me, and whether you feel we are a good fit. If so, we will begin a plan to help you feel better.
