Great to meet you!

I am a professional licensed counselor with a background in education and counseling. I work with adolescents, individuals, and couples. I was a teacher for 10+ years and have been a counselor for 4+ years. I also have experience working with domestic violence situations as I was previously employed at a women's shelter. I also am trained in ERP to work with individuals experiencing OCD symptoms.

My approach to therapy

My therapy style is collaborative, supportive, and client-centered. I work with clients who want to feel more emotionally regulated, those working on understanding and managing ADHD, anxiety, depression, stress, and OCD.

What you can expect from me

Whether you are seeking support for anxiety, stress management, symptom management for previously described issues, or relationship concerns, I aim to create a safe space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered in your healing process.
