Great to meet you!

I accept my clients as they are and provide them with a warm and safe space to heal. I have intensive training and experience in treating eating disorders and childhood trauma but work with clients from all walks of life facing a variety of challenges. I believe we all have seasons of adversity and abundance in our lives and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they navigate the season that has brought them to therapy.

My approach to therapy

The first session when working with me is an intake process exploring both a client's personal history and anything in the present that will be a focus of treatment. My approach is person-centered and strengths based. I provide clinical insight where needed and focus largely on connecting with my clients in a way that is disarming and empathetic. My clients feel seen and heard by me as they discover deeper aspects of themselves.

What you can expect from me

Clients often tell me that after our sessions they gain self compassion, insight, and understanding of themselves and others. My goal no matter what the presenting problem is to help people heal and empower themselves without judgment. We are all learning to break cycles and create new paths for ourselves.
