Great to meet you!

As a multicultural psychologist, I have listened to and worked with people of all ages, genders, racial-ethnic identities, social class, citizen/immigration status who have struggled with emotions, relationships, traumas, addictions, life transitions, as well as questions around identity and belonging in our increasingly complex and global society.

My approach to therapy

I take a holistic mind-body approach where my primary focus is on building a relationship of safety and trust between us. In sessions, I integrate psychodynamic, mindfulness, and evidence-based therapies. As a lifelong learner, I also adapt these approaches to your unique history, life experiences, and personal values. I speak both English and Korean. 한국계 미국인 심리학자로서, 상담 세션에서 한국어와 영어를 혼용하여 대화할 수 있습니다. 선호하시는 언어가 있으시면 알려주세요!

What you can expect from me

Our first session will focus on identifying your needs and goals for therapy. We will discuss the structure of sessions and an approach to guide us towards your goals. Please feel free to contact me and inquire about specific services.
