Great to meet you!

Hi there, I’m Tina Coomer, a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I work with college-age clients and adults across a wide range of mental health needs, like Anxiety, Depression, and with a special focus on Bipolar I and Bipolar II. I want every person I work with to feel understood, respected, and cared for without judgment.

My approach to therapy

My approach is client-centered, collaborative, and tailored to what makes the most sense for your situation. Depending on your needs, I may recommend a combination of medication support and therapy as part of your care plan. I strive to create a calm, open space where you feel safe talking honestly about what is going on in your life.

What you can expect from me

In our first sessions, we will focus on getting to know you, understanding your concerns, and building a strong foundation of trust. We will talk about what has been going on personally, what brings you in, and whether medication feels like an appropriate part of your treatment. Together, we will begin creating a plan that feels comfortable, thoughtful, and supportive of your goals.

If you’re looking for compassionate, personalized mental health care, I’d love to connect and help you take the next step.
