Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in both Colorado and Texas with over seven years of experience supporting adults through life transitions, relationship challenges, and the complexities of neurodivergence, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, and AuDHD. I’m also a Nationally Certified Counselor and a Licensed Sex Offender Treatment Provider in Texas. My background includes extensive work with individuals navigating adult diagnosis ASD/ADHD/AuDHD, legal system involvement, parenting neurospicy children and unhealthy sexual behaviors. My practice is inclusive, affirming, and guided by ethics, empathy, and a deep respect for your unique path. I enjoy helping others find the humor in this crazy beautiful life, while navigating through challenges.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is collaborative, practical, and tailored to you. I draw from Choice Theory and evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), always with a bit of humor while focusing on strengths-based and trauma-informed lens. Together, we’ll explore how your past and present choices shape your experiences—and how you can intentionally move toward greater clarity, self-trust, and emotional well-being. Whether you're here for support, growth, or healing, we'll work at your pace, in your voice, and on your terms.

What you can expect from me

Our work together is designed to help you better understand yourself, your patterns, and your strengths. You'll leave sessions with greater clarity, practical tools for managing daily challenges, and a deeper sense of self-compassion. Whether we’re addressing communication, emotional regulation, life direction, or relational dynamics, you can expect thoughtful insight, nonjudgmental support, and actionable steps aligned with your personal goals. Over time, most clients find they feel more empowered, more centered, and more equipped to create meaningful change in their lives.
