Hello! I am a psychotherapist with over 10 year's of working with clients of many kinds of issues. My lived experience as a first generation, child of immigrants helps me better understand clients from a range of diverse backgrounds. I am drawn towards working with individuals, couples and families that are ready to take an in depth look at themselves. I am particularly interested in the gap between the self that we present to the outer world and the self that we often try to hide.

In sessions you can expect me to be engaged, collaborative and humorous. Laughter is the best medicine, after all. My approach is integrative that combines traditional psychodynamic therapy with practical skill-building you can implement in the here-and-now. We will work to find compassion, healing and solutions towards more personal and relational fulfillment.

As your psychotherapist, I'll work to create a safe, supportive and nonjudgmental space where you can identify your concerns and explore effective ways to address them. Together, we will examine the experiences that have made you who you are and the patterns of behaviors, relationships and self-concepts that may or may not be serving you.
