Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience providing mental health support across diverse community settings. I have had the privilege of working with individuals ranging from young children to older adults, supporting them through a wide spectrum of emotional and behavioral challenges commonly described in the DSM-5-TR. I believe deeply in the inherent resilience and healing power within every person. My role is to help individuals uncover that strength, make sense of their experiences, and move toward healthier, more fulfilling lives. I pursue this work not for financial gain, but because I truly love what I do and feel honored to walk alongside others on their healing journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is client-centered, collaborative, and empowerment-based. I believe that every person already has the capacity to heal within themselves, and my role is to help you tap into that inner strength. I focus on building a genuine, trusting relationship where you feel seen, heard, and supported without judgment.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming and relaxed conversation focused on getting to know you. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you hope to gain from our work together. There’s no pressure to share everything at once — we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable and safe.
