Great to meet you!

Welcome! I am so glad you're here. My name is Dr. Tiphani Moss. I am a licensed clinical psychologist in the state of Ohio, and a member of PSYPACT, which allows me to practice virtually in 39 participating states.

I specialize in working with people of color, LGBTQIA+ folks, and relationship partners dealing with life transitions and identity exploration. I am not accepting EAPs at this time.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is very collaborative, and works to create new insights about your feelings and behaviors. Together, we'll create a unique plan based on your needs that may include helping you clarify your values, learn new ways to communicate, and uncover unhelpful patterns. I prioritize the therapeutic relationship between us, and value being compassionate and honest (without being judgmental). I hope to offer an environment where we have room for all emotions, as well as humor and laughter!

What you can expect from our first session

I strive to provide a space where you feel you can unapologetically be yourself! You can expect an affirming space where you feel understood. I hope to help you identify your innate strengths and personal values, and work with you in building a life that feels more fulfilling and authentic. In our first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy, and together we'll determine a plan to work towards the changes you want to see and feel in your life.
