Great to meet you!

I am an open minded therapist who believes in the connection between the mind and the body. I provide a safe and nonjudgmental place to process the difficulties of life and relationships. If you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodivergence, or postpartum/motherhood, don’t hesitate to reach out to begin your journey to healing

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have worked with families and children for 16 years, 13 of those years I have provided therapy for children, adolescents, and mothers who are dealing with the stresses of life. I specialize in working through trauma and neurodivergent individuals. I am open minded and accept everyone just as they are.

I prioritize creating a safe, empathetic space where you will feel heard, seen, and respected. I use a mix of therapeutic modalities, including mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, breathwork, and trauma-sensitive practices. I will work collaboratively with you to address the root causes of your challenges and support you in your healing.

What you can expect from our first session

Whether you’re navigating trauma, supporting someone on the autism spectrum, or seeking to reconnect with yourself, I am here to guide and support you in this journey. Let’s work together to find the balance, peace, and healing you deserve.
