Great to meet you!

Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me and my practice. I’m a Brazilian-American licensed psychotherapist with a deep commitment to helping individuals navigate the lasting effects of trauma and reclaim a sense of safety, connection, and empowerment in their lives.

My professional background is rooted in psychoanalytic therapy and evidence-based approaches to trauma healing, including modalities such as TIR (Trauma Incident Reduction), mindfulness therapies, and parts work. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting clients facing a wide range of challenges related to trauma, including complex PTSD, childhood abuse, relational trauma, domestic violence, human trafficking, and the lingering effects of emotional neglect.

Whether you're beginning your healing journey or continuing a well-worn path, I'm here to walk beside you with care and clinical expertise. I welcome you to reach out and see if working together feels like the right fit.

My approach to therapy

Psychoanalytic therapy and trauma-focused therapy.

What you can expect from me

My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in compassion. I believe that healing happens in the presence of a safe, trusting relationship, and that every person has the innate capacity to heal and grow. In our work together, I aim to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported every step of the way.
