Great to meet you!

You look like you have it together — but on the inside, you're exhausted.

If you're someone who manages work, relationships, and responsibilities with competence while quietly feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or mentally drained, you're not alone. Many of the people I work with aren't in crisis. They're simply ready for something to feel different.

I'm a licensed clinician with over seven years of experience supporting adults navigating anxiety, stress, and life transitions. I specialize in working with people who carry a lot — and who are ready to stop just managing and start actually feeling steadier.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, grounded, and mindfulness-informed. I believe you are the expert on your own life. My role is to help you slow down, see your patterns more clearly, and build tools that actually fit your daily reality.

Rather than focusing only on what feels wrong, we look at your stress responses, values, and thought patterns — so you can understand what's happening and begin to respond with more intention and ease.

In our work together, we'll focus on:

  • Recognizing patterns that keep you feeling stuck or depleted
  • Understanding how stress and anxiety show up in your body and mind
  • Building practical tools that fit your actual daily life
  • Developing clarity about what matters most to you
  • Creating steadiness that doesn't require you to keep everything perfect

What you can expect from me

The first session is about connection — not performance.

I want to hear your story and understand what brought you here. You don't need to explain everything perfectly or arrive with clear answers. Many clients leave the first session feeling calmer, more grounded, and reassured that they don't have to figure this out alone.

From there, we'll move at a pace that feels manageable for you — thoughtful, practical, and always centered on what's most present in your life.
