I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 17 years of nursing experience. I have working experiences in a variety of settings, including inpatient hospitals, group home settings, crisis centers, outpatient clinics, addiction clinic, and partial hospitalization program (PHP).

My areas of specialties include,Adjustment disorders,Depression, Anxiety disorders, ADD/ADHD, Mood disorders, Behavioral disorders, Insomnia,PTSD and substance abuse issues.

I have strong emphasis on making sure my patient concerns are being heard, addressed, as well as all inquiries being answered in terms that patient may easily understand in order to optimize patient happiness and improve outcomes.

I am committed to achieving the best possible patient outcomes and implementing all necessary treatments using evidence-based practice.I support holistic approach treatment that includes supportive psychotherapy, nutrition, lifestyle adjustments, and medication management.
