Great to meet you!

I have been a double board-certified nurse practitioner for over 5 years, and I'm passionate about using my nearly 20 years of nursing experience to empower individuals struggling with mental health. Beyond my dedication to my family (married to a wonderful man and blessed with 4 lovely children), I find joy in exploring the world, having visited 5 continents! When I'm not caring for patients or navigating family life, I'm dreaming of adventures in the remaining two!

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe in creating a warm and welcoming environment where you feel comfortable enough to share your experiences openly and honestly, which is essential for building trust and ensuring a successful therapeutic alliance. My approach is solution-oriented. We will work together to identify your goals and develop a plan tailored to your specific needs and preferences. I believe in focusing on your strengths and empowering you to find strategies to manage challenges and improve your well-being.
