Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over five years of experience working in both community and private practice settings. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have experience supporting adolescents and adults through a variety of challenges.

I specialize in helping individuals navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, and family-related concerns. My approach combines practical, evidence-based tools with faith-based support for those who desire it.

You don’t have to keep pretending you’re okay just to get through the day. I create a space where clients can be honest about what they’re carrying and begin to work through it in a way that leads to real healing.

I am passionate about helping others heal and grow, and I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to experience peace, wholeness, and a fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is both supportive and practical. I believe healing happens when people feel safe enough to be honest, but also challenged enough to grow. I work with clients to understand the root of what they’re experiencing—not just manage the symptoms—so that change is meaningful and lasting.

I don’t believe in surface-level coping—my goal is real, lasting change.

I use evidence-based techniques while also incorporating faith-based support for those who desire it. Therapy with me is a collaborative process where we identify patterns, build healthier ways of coping, and work toward emotional and mental clarity.

I work with adolescents and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and family-related challenges. I understand that many people are used to carrying things on their own, and my goal is to provide a space where you don’t have to do that anymore.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a space for you to slow down, be heard, and begin sharing what’s been weighing on you—without pressure or judgment. We’ll talk through what brought you in, what you’ve been dealing with, and what you want to see change.

I’ll ask thoughtful questions to better understand your experiences and help us begin identifying patterns and areas we can work on together.

You don’t have to have everything figured out—just come as you are.

By the end of the session, we’ll start outlining clear, realistic goals and next steps so you leave with direction, not just conversation.
