Great to meet you!

Hello! As an Ananeo Therapy Group mental health clinical counselor, I'm also a faith-based therapist with over 3 years of experience in providing a warm, supportive space while gently challenging the thoughts and patterns that may be getting in your way. Using a direct yet compassionate style and CBT-informed tools, I help clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and move toward meaningful growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy blends faith-based guidance with evidence-based practices, using CBT to help clients challenge unhelpful thoughts and build healthier patterns. I’m warm, direct, and gentle — creating a safe space for honesty while still encouraging growth, accountability, and practical skill-building. I believe healing happens through grace, clarity, and learning new ways to think, feel, and respond.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming space where we begin getting to know each other and start building trust. I’ll ask questions to better understand what you’re experiencing, what brought you to therapy, and what goals feel most important to you right now. Together, we’ll explore your history, strengths, and challenges so I can create a treatment plan that’s personalized, faith-informed if you choose, and grounded in practical CBT tools that support meaningful growth.
