Great to meet you!

Welcome! Seeking support is a meaningful step, and I strive to create a nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood and empowered. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I work collaboratively with individuals navigating anxiety, ADHD, depression, grief stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, trauma, perinatal/postpartum period, and self-esteem concerns.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is most effective when you feel heard, understood, and supported in a nonjudgmental environment. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs and goals. I draw from evidence-based practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, and mindfulness-based techniques, while recognizing that each individual's journey is different.

What you can expect from me

I always start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We’ll work together to figure this out! I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make these goals a reality for you.
