Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive training in trauma-informed and evidenced-based treatment modalities, including, CBT, EMDR, Child-parent psychotherapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing and DBT.

I have provided clinical support to individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, personality disorders, systemic oppression, racism and abuse. I am skilled in the implementation of trauma-informed, psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral therapeutic approaches.

My approach to therapy

My style of practice incorporates a relational, trauma-informed lens to support clients in developing the skills needed to navigate life transitions, identifying and managing triggers and unwanted behaviors, strengthening self-awareness, establishing and implementing healthy boundaries within relationships, and building and maintaining relationships and social support.

What you can expect from me

I will provide a collaborative and supportive therapeutic space in which treatment is led by you and deep and meaningful healing is prioritized. Your individual strengths and needs will be assessed and this will guide which therapeutic approach is a good fit for you. My goal is to hold space for you to be seen and heard through any and all challenges that you may be navigating. My personal philosophy is that we are all worthy of healing and sound mental health.
