Great to meet you!
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) providing outpatient mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults (especially those in a parenting role). I have worked with children and families for 25+ years in community programs, as a social worker and therapist in schools, and also many years in foster care and adoption. I also am a nationally recognized trainer and consultant for the Nurturing Parenting Program.
My practice focuses on the treatment of common mental health conditions, including anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, behavioral challenges in children, autism, ADHD and parenting and family related stress.
I provide individual, group, and parent-focused therapy. Treatment approaches are developmentally appropriate and evidence-based, incorporating cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), play-informed interventions, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) skills, solution-focused strategies, and trauma-informed approaches.
Services are offered via telehealth and in-person formats, with in-person services available for children and both in-person and telehealth services available for adolescents and adult caregivers, in accordance with clinical appropriateness and regulatory guidelines.
