Toccara Hudson

My name is Toccara Hudson and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I enjoy working with individuals and couples who are trying to navigate relationship issues and everyday stress. They are often experiencing challenges related to frequent disagreements/conflict, intimacy issues, infidelity, and distrust. We work together to address problematic core thought patterns and behaviors and learn new skills and language to get what we want and need.

Each person or couple is different so my approach starts with learning about your personal experiences and desires. While gathering information from the past is very important, much of our time is focused on current struggles and future goals.

Together we will set short-term and long-term goals to gradually move towards a happy and peaceful outcome. We celebrate small and big wins and make adjustments as needed.
