Great to meet you!

I have over 10 years of experience as a therapist and enjoy helping people better understand themselves, work through challenges, and move toward meaningful personal goals. I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, stress, grief, identity-related concerns, and challenges connected to focus, attention, and emotional regulation.

My goal is to create a supportive, respectful, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and understood. I believe therapy can be a place to slow down, make sense of what you are experiencing, and build practical tools for growth and healing. I value collaboration and want each client to feel empowered in the process.

My approach to therapy

My approach is client-focused, collaborative, and compassionate. I believe that each person brings their own strengths, experiences, and goals to therapy, and I work with clients to better understand their thoughts, feelings, patterns, and relationships.

We may explore how your thoughts and emotions are impacting your daily life, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop coping strategies that feel realistic and useful. I also believe the therapeutic relationship is an important part of the work, and I strive to create a space where you can be open, honest, and supported.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will spend time getting to know each other and beginning to build a strong therapeutic relationship. I will ask questions about what brings you to therapy, what you have been experiencing, and what you hope to get out of our work together.

We will also talk about your goals and begin identifying a path forward that feels manageable and supportive. You do not need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. The first session is a chance to share at your own pace, ask questions, and begin creating a plan that is tailored to your needs.
