Great to meet you!

After nearly 25 years engaging with individuals and families in their homes, schools, and communities as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor - and supervising and developing therapists across a wide continuum of therapeutic programs - I want to pay forward all of their deep understanding and the profound wisdom that's been passed along from the youth, parents, and professionals I've been blessed to work with. As such, my practice is inclusive, culturally responsive and solution-focused.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I firmly believe that you have the resilience and resources in your life to achieve the goals you've set for yourself. I'm not here to drive the car - to tell you what to think or do or feel. I'm here to act as a guide to help you discover the solutions that are the best fit for you and your priorities. No one can tell your story - past, present, or future - better than you can. I'm here to help you find the keys to car you most want to drive!

What you can expect from our first session

You are the Hero of your own journey. As often happens, though, in the most extraordinary journeys, you've encountered your fair share of trials and challenges along the way that threaten what makes you feel secure, confident and in control. Every Hero's journey begins with a call - the one you're making now for change, healing, or a deeper sense of purpose. My role is to walk alongside you and offer the support, tools, insight, and empathy you're seeking to help you navigate these obstacles.
