As a LPC-S in Texas, I have spent my entire adult life working with people in need. From an EMT on an ambulance, to a senior investigator of elder abuse, combined with private counseling practice, I have over 30 years of experience in dealing with trauma, anxiety, and depression.
Life is scary enough, therapy shouldn't be. I work to create a very warm therapeutic relationship with all my clients. I accept a wide variety of concerns, from life transitions to anxiety, depression, and trauma.
Therapy is all about getting you to where you want to be. But you may not know where that is when you start. It is my goal to figure that out with you. You are the expert of yourself. My job is to get you to your best possible you.
