Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed therapist with over 15 years of experience in private and community practice. I hold a PhD in psychology and master’s degrees in both marriage and family therapy and clinical psychopharmacology. I work at the intersection of psychology, natural medicine, and meaningful personal change to support clients suffering form individual and relational distress resulting from treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, and trauma. I’m especially interested in the responsible integration of natural and psychedelic medicines, without hype or dogma. Outside the office, I’m a veteran, husband, and father of four, and I value curiosity, accountability, and connection.

My approach to therapy

My approach is straightforward, collaborative, and grounded in ethical, evidence-informed care. I tend to be blunt and direct in session, but I value being genuine and strive to combine ethical use of natural medicine with established, evidenced-based approaches such as EMDR, CBT, Experiential Therapy, and others. I aim to create a space that is honest, respectful, and supportive of real work.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a grounded, collaborative session where we focus on what actually matters to you. I’m direct and engaged, but also attentive and respectful of your pace and values. Sessions are practical and insight-oriented, with room for honesty, curiosity, and humor when it fits. I work to create a space that feels safe without being passive—supportive, but willing to ask hard questions. You can expect evidence-informed care, clear boundaries, and thoughtful integration of your experiences. My goal is to help build resilience while providing coaching and support for lasting, meaningful change
