Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with master’s degrees in both education and counseling. I’ve spent the past 10 years helping children and families, mostly in school settings where I support emotional and behavioral growth. I also have experience working with survivors of domestic violence, which shaped my trauma-informed, compassionate approach. I believe therapy should feel safe, supportive, and practical—so you can build real tools for everyday life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is trauma-informed and solution-focused, which means we’ll work together to identify strengths and build practical tools for change. I also use mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral techniques to help clients manage emotions and develop healthier thought patterns. Sessions are safe, supportive, structured, and tailored to each person’s needs.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a warm, structured environment where they feel safe to explore challenges and build practical skills for change. My sessions focus on identifying strengths, setting achievable goals, and developing tools for emotional regulation and problem-solving. I integrate mindfulness and cognitive behavioral strategies to help clients shift unhelpful patterns and foster resilience. Above all, I strive to create a space where clients feel supported in setting meaningful goals and empowered to achieve lasting change.
