Great to meet you!

I hold a doctoral degree in nursing practice, a master's degree in leadership, and education, and a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. My education includes specialization in mental health assessment, psychopharmacology, and psychotherapy. My clinical experience spans various healthcare settings, including hospitals, outpatient clinics, and community mental health centers. I’ve worked closely with diverse patient populations, across the lifespan.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Demonstrating genuine compassion and empathy is crucial as we connect with patients, even when they struggle to articulate their needs or emotions, compassion can make a significant difference in their care. Mental health can be unpredictable, therefore, being adaptable allows me to respond effectively to changing situations, adjust treatment plans, and provide personalized care. Lastly, effective communication is essential to collaborate with healthcare providers, clients, and families.
