Great to meet you!
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience helping individuals navigate feelings of anxiety, stress, and depression. With a compassionate and client-centered approach, I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), an evidence-based treatment known for its effectiveness in helping clients identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns, build coping skills, and foster emotional resilience.
During my time in the mental health field, I have supported clients from diverse backgrounds in managing everyday stressors, overcoming chronic worry, and regaining a sense of control and balance in their lives. Whether working with teens, adults, or professionals facing burnout, I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make lasting change.
In addition to private practice, I regularly engage in continuing education and professional development to stay current with the latest research and clinical techniques in mental health care.
When not in a session, I enjoy spending time with family, practicing mindfulness, and reading, which helps support a holistic approach to my own well-being.
